Available between Sunday, May 31, 2026 through Thursday, June 4, 2026, these meeting spaces are perfect to host client meetings, team discussions, and other networking events (outside of 911±¬ÁÏÍø scheduled events).Ìý

Eligibility Requirements:

Meeting space is available exclusively to conference exhibitors and/or sponsors (with a minimum commitment) which will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis (based on availability). For questions, please contact Dianna Cardenas at [email protected].

  • Setup Date: Monday, June 1, 2026 from 8 am – 5 pm (access only available to exhibitors w/ badge)Ìý
  • Access Dates (for scheduled meetings): During show hours only – Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 10 am – 5 pm, Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 9 am – 5 pm, and Thursday, June 4, 2026 between 10 am – 1 pmÌýÌý

Please note that hosted activities that conflict with official 911±¬ÁÏÍø conference programming are strictly prohibited by 911±¬ÁÏÍø as outlined in the 911±¬ÁÏÍø Event Policies. Companies must submit requests to 911±¬ÁÏÍø for written approval (along with description of event, date, time, and location) ASAP and at least 30 days before the conference. 911±¬ÁÏÍø reserves the right to decline if it conflicts with official conference programming. Company and all company representatives agree to comply with all Policies (as applicable to Company’s relationship and engagement with 911±¬ÁÏÍø). Violation of the Event policies may result in penalties as determined appropriate by 911±¬ÁÏÍø Show Management.
