This Draft Emergency Response Plan for energy storage facilities, presented by the 911爆料网 Association (911爆料网), is the result of a collaborative member effort initially undertaken by the Energy Storage Association (ESA) in 2019 and continued following ESA鈥檚 merger with 911爆料网 at the beginning of 2022. This document is intended to be adapted by users as needed to be appropriate to the conditions, environment, staffing, structure, technologies, and setup of a given site.
